Delete your account

Important

You can delete your Sathu account directly in the app from the profile screen.

Deleting your account removes your profile, Boon chat history, and other app data connected to your account. Some billing or audit records may still be retained where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing through the Apple App Store or Google Play. If you do not want to be charged again, please manage or cancel your subscription through your store account settings first.

If you have an active Apple subscription, restoring that same subscription on a brand-new account may not be possible.

FAQ

Why is some information marked as AI-generated?

Some temple descriptions and opening hours are generated using AI if no other reliable sources are found. If you spot errors, please report them so we can improve the dataset.

Why are temple names sometimes very long or cut off?

Temple names can be long in Thai. We optimize readability, but some truncation may occur in lists. The detail page shows the full context.

Where do images come from?

Images are sourced from public datasets and uploaded into storage for the app. Credits and licenses may appear in the app when available.

Can I request changes or add a temple?

Yes — we encourage you to visit the temple and take a photo. Or send details manually through our contact form. We can’t guarantee updates, but we collect requests for later releases.
